If you are keeping up with the Beards, we are in the process of getting our kitchen floor repaired from our flood a few months ago. They started yesterday tearing out our old flooring and they installed the new today! I was so excited to see the new floor, I am practically rolling on it!! :) It is amazing how different it makes the house look! I love it and am so excited to get our furniture and appliances moved back in tomorrow! They still have some touch up work and trim to put up but I had to post some pictures!

And the official inspectors finally gave it their approval! One of them recommended we leave out the appliances so there would be more places to get into!!! :)

I think we should flood the house more often.
I agree with Michael...the house looks great. I can't wait to see it in person!
