Dollywood & Thankgiving lunch at Connor's school

This past Saturday we drove up to Pigeon Forge to spend the day at Dollywood with Josh, Kathy, Ty & Marley. We appreciate them sharing their buy one get one free tickets with us so we could enjoy a fun day on a smaller budget, wish we could of got the same deal on food for the day too!! The kids had a great time but we adults had a hard time not comparing it to our recent Disney trip and let me tell you there is no comparison! But we had a great time and are so thankful for good friends.


The kids were really excited about seeing Baby Jesus and we were glad they had a manger scene for them to see Him! I am not sure how this got started but after telling Connor of the shows we were going to see all he talked about was seeing Baby Jesus so of course that is what Macy said all day too!! Luckily Ty & Marley were also very excited to see Baby Jesus as well!! Gotta love what kids say and do!

Today at Connor's MDO they had a Thanksgiving luncheon for the preschoolers and their families. Michael, Macy and I were excited to go eat lunch with him. We didn't know it but the classes each did a little Thanksgiving song or poem. It was all so cute and we were so proud of Connor! He loves his class and we are so thankful we are able to send him to a place that he loves.
