Connor's week of fun

Connor is having surgery tomorrow to have his tonsils & adenoids removed. I wanted him to have some fun before Friday since he will be down for awhile. We are so thankful for our friends and family who helped make this week so special for him.

Monday & Tuesday: Connor & Macy got to spend some time with Nana & Papa while I worked. They always enjoy their time together. Here they are all relaxing on the deck.


Tuesday afternoon: Landon and his mom came over to play and then we all went to eat some mexican food or chips & cheese as the boys call it. Here the boys were racing and then they had some fun in the jumper. Connor really enjoys his time with Landon and he appreciates his mom bringing him over!


Wednesday: Connor was so excited to see Ty again. We met Ty, Marley & Kathy at the jumping place and the boys had a blast. Then we all went to Chick-fil-a to have some lunch. We hope it won't be too long before they can play again. I still can't get over how big they are getting. Before we know it the girls will be jumping too.


After his nap on Thursday he had to go to the hospital to do some pre-testing. He was such a trooper. He sat in my lap for his blood draw and didn't cry or flinch. I was so proud of him. I think I was more teary eyed than he was :). I pray that will carry over to Friday also. He enjoyed all the attention, stickers and popsicles he got while he was there!

Thursday: Connor & Macy had some fun at the mall playground. Here they are posing near the hospital logo where he will be having surgery (and his mommy works!). We are so lucky to have a children's hospital in town and know that he will be in good hands tomorrow.
